When the wizards in the Quest test kitchen gave the Quest blog a batch of this Fudgey Candy Bar popcorn we said, “Popcorn with chopped up candy bar in it? We could have thought of that.” The response of course was, “But you didn’t.” We never claimed to be the brains of the operation, but we do claim to be the final word on what is and what isn’t a fantastic use of a Quest bar. Spoiler alert: this is a fantastic use of a Quest Candy Bar.

  • 6 cups popcorn, popped (this recipe utilitized Skinnypop)
  • 1 Quest Fudgey Brownie Candy Bar
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter, natural
  • 3 tbsp sugar free chocolate chips


  1. Place the popcorn into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Chop the candy bar into small pieces and place half of them into a small pot with the peanut butter and chocolate chips.
  3. Turn on medium-low heat and stir until everything is melted.
  4. Pour the mixture over the popcorn and toss until the popcorn is evenly coated.
  5. Mix in the remaining candy bar pieces and serve.
