This is going to be a fat burning workout that you can do anywhere and anytime. It only takes 3 minutes to do, and no equipment is required! This workout can be for advanced people or beginners, with some small tweaks to the layout. This workout is going to consist of 6 different exercises. I am going to show you the form first then we will go through the workout together. Each exercise, you will do for 30 seconds. If you are in really good shape, you do the next exercise without resting. If you are out of shape or a beginner, rest for 15-20 seconds between each exercise. Beginners aim to do 3 circuits of these exercises, advanced people aim for 6 complete circuits, or work your way up to 6 circuits. Let’s get started with the exercises in this 3 minute bodyweight workout for men over 50.

Exercise #1: JUMPING JACKS

Exercise #2: PUSHUPS

Exercise #3: SKI JACKS. Similar to lunges, except it is like a baby lunge. You are just hopping alternating one foot forward then back.

Exercise #4: PLANK SHOULDER TAPS. Get in a push up plank position then go side to side tapping your hand to your opposite shoulder.

Exercise #5: STANDING KNEE TO ELBOWS. You are going to bring your knee to your opposite elbow, and alternate from side to side.

Exercise #6: MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS. Go as fast as you can with these. You can also do cross-body mountain climbers alternating from side to side.
