  • 8oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • jalapenos, seeded and diced
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • tbsp hot sauce
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • eggs
  • 2 bags Quest Chili Lime Tortilla Chips


  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the cream cheese, shredded cheeses, jalapenos, bacon and hot sauce into a mixing bowl and stir until everything is well blended.
  3. Use a cookie scooper to scoop out 14 evenly sized balls and place them on the baking sheet and then chill in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, add the coconut flour to a shallow bowl.
  5. Whisk the eggs and add them into a shallow bowl.
  6. Crush the chips into small pieces and place them into a shallow bowl.
  7. Coat each cheese ball in the coconut flour, then the egg mixture (make sure it’s completely covered in egg) and then finally coat them with the crushed chips.
  8. Place the balls into an air fryer and cook at 375 F for 4-6 minutes and golden. Serve immediately.

    *Note – macros were calculated with the remaining coconut flour and egg subtracted from the overall total
