► EQUIPMENT: Medium set of dumbbells. I suggest anywhere from 8-25 lbs. We’re using 15-20 lb dumbbells in this video. Optional Mini Loop Resistance Band + Step/Bench.

✔️6 Booty Building Glute Exercises
✔️Timed Intervals (perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work, followed by 20 seconds of rest. Some rest periods will be isometric holds.)
